Yesterday was POP lah, still feeling a bit down but it's in the past I guess. I think that the most emotional part of the whole day was the U shape. I cried for the first time in donkey years, quite sad actually. Seeing everyone break down quite uncontrollably was something that will be etched in my memroy.

Basically I would like to say thank you NCOs for such a great job you all have done and good luck for your future endeavours.

And we will always be together through thick and thin as one squad!
