hello.
some things that i would like to say about our squad.
no offence. just some things that i observed.
and hope that we can change for the better alright?
MOST MAJOR PROBLEM:
fidgeting;
;ever since we stepped into NPCC, we have already been told
DO NOT FIDGET IN SQUAD FORMATION
if you need to adjust, ask for permission.
i understand that when NCOs are not around,
there is no one you can ask for permission.
but PLEASE try to endure the itch alright?

juniors 会怎么想?
i know that there is always a sudden urge to move when no one is looking
but please remember that even when no one is looking try not to move.
what we are lacking now is self-discipline.
don't do it for NCOs or the juniors to see
you do it because you know that it's wrong to fidget.
i know that sometimes i'm a bit harsh on you guys
everytime remeinding youall not to fidget
sometimes even shouting because no one is listening.
i have to admit that i am guilty of fidgeting sometimes
but it is because my specs were dropping off and i had to put them back in place.
i hope that we can try to endure ok?

ok i'm here to clarify some things
but before i start on what i am going to say
i would like to say that i have nothing against *
but i don't really approve of what she's doing.
she sort of acted "mad" in front of our juniors
and i kinda told her not to disgrace herself in front of her juniors.
i am the bad guy. yes. i don't deny the fact.
if no one takes the initiative to tell her
one day she will get herself into trouble.
i know that * doesn't really like me to keep telling her to stop fidgeting
but before she gets herself into trouble
i had better be the bad guy and correct her mistakes.
i rather she buaysong me now
rather than see her getting scolded by NCOs/CIs.
i do hope she understands that what i am doing is for her own good
and not because i am picking on her.
another thing.
boy squad.
ok i know that some people is sort of losing hope.
but before you think that it is because we don't understand you
ask yourself
did you give us a chance to understand you?
if you have anything you want to voice out
just do it.
i'm sure we will listen and change if we are really in the wrong.
don't assume that we don't care about you
because you are keeping everything to yourself
and no one can open up your heart if you insist of locking it.
you know that i am referring to you.

i'm sure our squad will be a more bonded squad.
