anyway, important things to take note. and im putting it in BIG font so people can see..
1) CSSP Proposal please hand up on Friday (Do Not Be Late)
2) SANA Report plus 10 questionnaires on Friday
Report should be (let's compromise)
- Typed
- A4 size
- Font size 12, Arial
- In Black
- Title "Report as a Transfer Agent" [or do u guys want smth else?]
- 1st page - Report, 2nd Page - Info of people [i suggest like that, minimum]
Also, attach your questionnaires to your report with a paper clip.
And for those who are unsure what to include in your report, here's a reminder
- A sample of what you have spoken to the 10persons
- Names, addresses and contact telephone nos. of all the 10 persons (Put all in a table)
- Various questions asked by each person (haha go sana website look at FAQs xP)
- Your answers to these questions (tadah! FAQs page have. jkjk, try to do yourself.)
Also, bring $2.50 to get your new nametags, no $$ no nametags xD
